Now Hiring Youth Development Mentors in NYC

At Play Rugby USA, we use the unique power of rugby to empower and inspire young people from underserved communities. We are currently hiring YDMs in New York City!

Our Youth Development Mentors form the backbone of our program and deliver our curriculum on a weekly basis at schools, parks, and community centers across each of our three cities. Each of our YDMs is dedicated to helping our students develop positive character traits and the skills for a successful future!

YDM candidates must be able to commit to a site for an entire season (usually 10 weeks). Sites generally run two to three times a week, between 3 and 6pm. We also hold tournaments on the weekends and always need YDM’s to staff or referee at those events!
