Warm-Ups

Each session contains one of the warm-ups below, which consist of a series of movements and a series of activations. The movements are designed to warm the body, preparing it for activity. The activations are true dynamic stretches that bring the joints and muscles through a full range of motion.

Warm-Up #1

This is a general, dynamic warm-up that is great to use ahead of any session.

Warm-Up #2

This warm-up is great to prepare for sessions focused on speed, power and plyometrics.

Warm-Up #3

This warm-up is great to prepare for sessions focused on strength or endurance.
